Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church
"Connect with Jesus, Connect with others, Connect others with Jesus."

Memorial Baptist Church was founded in 1930 by Mollie Owings. She began a Sunday school for people in the community in her backyard underneath an apple tree. For almost 100 years, the church has maintained a vital witness for Jesus Christ in Weirton and its surrounding neighborhood. It has a reputation for being a loving, friendly, congregation that has been a strong supporter of evangelism, missions, and helping the needy through the Weirton Christian Center, the Community Bread Basket, the Salvation Army, and other charitable organizations.
We are affiliated with the Panhandle Baptist Association, the WV Baptist Convention, and the American Baptist Churches, U.S.A.
